"I was there today and the machine wasn't working, when i went to pay, i didn't got the sneakers, so i came back home, checked my bank and i saw they took the $, so i went back to the store, told the lady that they took the money from the bank, showed to her, she took a screenshot to show the owner, which is ok, than i got the sneakers. She was very humble, very nice lady. The owner needs to change the machine."

"First off: it’s a great place to buy shoes. Second: they DO NOT sell shoes at $5. Third: they DO NOT have shoe sizes above 9 I like them and I would recommend people to them Just that they should change their name and have bigger sizes for those who are older and taller/bigger"

"They have a decent selection of shoes at a reasonable price unfortunately the service is lacking terribly... I recently went in looking for some flip flops.. I looked around for a while, & when I was ready to check out, i wound up having to wait 5 min for the clerk to return as he had left the store to go across the street. Once he finally returned & was ready to check me out, it just got worse. They dont have a card swipe on the counter where I can swipe it myself. So he had to physically take my card & swipe it. He couldnt get the card reader to work & just swiped my card over & over giving me receipt after recipt of faild connect attempts. He asked if I had cash, I said "no, nevermind, I'll go elsewhere, ive been here long enough" ..so he continued to try to scan my card??? "UMM...NO! I WILL GO ELSEWHERE" ...I got my card back, left the store & walked a couple blocks up to Rainbow & bought 2 pair of flipflops there for what it was going to cost me for the pair here...and they are better quality!"

"This place is an OK place to shop for a last-minute shoe. Understanding that this is not A top designer store but what would you expect for a $25 shoe? It's a great place to come for a pair of loafers to take on a cruise or just a nice summer day to relax in. So again I think the store is a wonderful place for a last minute shoe that still has a nice look and somewhat of a OK feel. ( it's a $25 shoe for Christ sake )"

"This is the worst place with all means, the worst customer service and the worst quality of goods. I bought a shoes to attend a wedding from this place, it looks good but the quality is below zero; I couldn't walk even three blocks with this shoes. Because it's uncomfortable and caused minor injury to my foot, I decided to return the product. The person who was at the store on June 21 in the afternoon, was extremely rude and impolite. Although, I showed him my feet and how the shoes is not comfortable; he refused to return the shoes and ignored all my concerns. My advice is to AVOID going to this terrible place at any cost, it is true that their prices are cheap but you're paying for VERY LOW QUALITY products. I'll be addressing my concerns formally to consumer affairs for quality control and safety assurance and I will never return back to this store."
