"I used to come here for DHL, always had great service and never had any problems with my packages. However, they aren't doing DHL anymore! So disappointed!"

"I had a good experience here. I brought in a DHL package, I’ve never used DHL or shipped internationally before. The guy at the counter looked at my package and explained to me that I had done a couple things wrong with the paperwork. I fixed it, came back, dropped it off, and the package got to its destination just fine."

"I went to this location today and had zero problems. Staff was helpful. Sent a package to Pakistan. I went around lunchtime and service did not take long at all -glad it wasn't crowded. after reading all the bad reviews i was initially skeptical but decided to go anyway and witness for myself. Glad I did. Reviews are a good help but I always will say see for yourself."

"Used this address to try and ship a $600+ parcel. It took weeks just to get them to cut me a tracking number and my parcel wasn't even shipped. Not to mention they are extremely disrespectful to their customers. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone."

"I purchased a package with a return envelope to and from Honduras at this location for close to $300. The return envelope was from an address where DHL does not do pick-ups and where there are no DHL locations, which was obviously not communicated to me by the employee who sold it to me. As a result DHL in Honduras refused to accept the envelope. I have been calling DHL's international help line for almost a week to try to sort this out. Honestly, I wish I could just get a refund and start a new shipment through FedEx. AND this is a very time sensitive package for a court proceeding! This is totally unacceptable. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH ANYTHING IMPORTANT! These people do not know what they are doing."
