"I’ve seen some mixed reviews about customer service, but my experience was phenomenal. I stayed for an hour, tried on a lot of things, got a ton of feedback, and asked a lot of questions. They were extremely helpful, the inventory is fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for all raw denim and cool clothing needs."

"Torn because I had a good experience shopping in store and ended up with two good pieces. Two issues have me knocking their score. The first is I purchased their recent collaboration jeans with Iron Heart and got them hemmed but they didn't attempt to match the stitching and used a black thread when the jeans are overdyed indigo with gold thread. Small detail but that's sloppy especially considering I bought these things for the attention to detail Iron Heart puts into their stuff. The other issue is their website sizing. They measure differently than how others measure but even for similar measurements they seem way off, making it nearly impossible for me to get comfortable with buying online especially with the strict return policy. They didn't have one shirt I wanted in store (it was at another or a warehouse) but I couldn't get comfortable I'd get the right thing. They have a great selection and carry good brands but for these prices I wish these things were better. Outside of whoever does their hemming, the staff I worked with was pretty good though."

"I had a good laugh reading through the negative reviews. I’ve always liked this store but I guess I can understand how policies might rub people the wrong way. What I’ve come to realize is that rules exist because some prior situation necessitated the rule in the first place. Yeah, your never-washed denim might be fine, but I’m sure someone brought in a pair for repair that smelled like actual 💩. Have always liked this store. Strong POV across the merchandise they offer. Employees know their stuff and will always provide solid recommendations based on what you currently like."
