"Terrible customer service. I stopped in today to specifically purchase a few T-shirts. There was one customer in when I arrived who the employee, Fransisco was working with. He didn’t greet me or acknowledge that I entered the store. Upon the customer leaving, Fransisco remained behind the counter and began looking on his phone. All the while I’m in the middle of the sales floor attempting to get service. I waited a few minutes to see if he’d ask if I needed assistance or anything but nothing happened so I got his attention to let him know how a simple a basic greeting such as, “hello, welcome in” can go and then I left."

"Unbelievably hostile employees. Accused of waiting out the rain when it wasn’t raining, the store was empty, and I told them I was buying. At these prices, not worth getting talked down to in stores. Better service everywhere else. This store use to be better. Disappointing."
