"If 10 star was an option, I’d give it. Sandro Williamsburg is my absolute favorite store to shop. I am HUGE on customer service & this store does not let you down EVER. Round of applause for the most incredible staff; Manager Anthony is a gem as are sales associates Alexis & Latoya.All are on point and have fun personalities. I always feel welcomed & appreciated for choosing to shop there. Always greeted with a friendly welcoming attitude and assisted with the best professional service. They listen well & know what my style is therefore recommend pieces without a pushy sales approach. I ALWAYS look forward to my next shopping experience in this joyful store, “Sandro”- Williamsburg location."

"I don’t know why the reviews are so bad here. Me and my husband have very high standards in terms of service, and we love this store. Anthony is always helpful and he’s just a very nice person to be around. Overall experience in this store is great."

"The manager is super rude. I’ve bought from Sandro for years and I’m not purchasing from this store again. I bought a coat a week before thanksgiving that was 40% off and asked the SA if there will be any extra sales for Black Friday and she explicitly said “no, there won’t be.” That was a lie, since there was an extra 10% off. I went in to ask for a price adjustment and was told they don’t do it. I expressed my displeasure for being lied to. The SM argued she wouldn’t have known, which I understand, but then she should have told me “I am not sure,” not “no, there won’t be.” He was then extremely rude to me and said “well, we don’t price adjust” and looked the other way dismissing me. I have no desire, or need, to purchase from the Williamsburg store again."
