"Came in to exchange a defective leather jacket that I purchased online. Ended up leaving the store paying more for a replacement than I did online. Tried calling customer service and ended up getting the rudest customer service rep I’ve ever spoken to who just kept saying “today is a bad day to call” but wouldn’t offer for me to speak to anyone on a “better” day. No response via email either. I have a closet full of Sandro shirts, pants, jackets, and accessories, but won’t be adding more."
