"If you want an incredible buying experience, run, don’t walk to SAFAVIEH in Chelsea. I live out of town and by chance called the store to order dining chairs. Nazila Dilmaghani, saleswoman, answered the phone. I may have been the luckiest person in the world she answered. She was without a doubt the most responsive, helpful and kind person I have ever worked with. We texted and emailed pertinent information. She was able to get me the lowest price for the chairs. Going forward, she is my go to person for all new SAFAVIEH purchases. She made this buying process an absolute pleasure. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH NAZILA. She is a class act!"

"Had a great experience working with Reza Ahmadi at the Safavieh showroom in Chelsea! He was so incredibly patient and listened to what we were looking for and guided us to the right sofas (by Century). We just received the sofas, after having placed the order back in May. But the wait was worth it. The sofas arrived in perfect condition, exactly as ordered, and with a white-glove delivery service. Delivery was prompt, and the team who swung by were also extremely kind, congenial, and professional! Amazing service all around.
