"I never review businesses but I had such a terrible experience here and I saw the other reviews were all positive so I felt I had to speak up. Went to their store and their customer service was rude, slow and completely distracted to the point where the guy I was speaking to ordered and received delivery during our conversation. Mind you I was asking for a quote for only five pieces of equipment! The equipment they could not find they were supposed to email me but I never received any follow up. The quotes they did give me were no better than similar suppliers. I can't figure out why they are so well reviewed-they do not seem to treat their customers with any respect at all."
