"I recently returned to Riflessi and was reminded why I hadn't visited in a while. Despite their beautiful products, the older man, who seems to be the owner, makes the shopping experience incredibly annoying. He constantly interrupts, making it impossible to browse peacefully. Shopping here is more stressful than enjoyable, so I might opt to shop online or find another store next time."

"I visited this store on a rainy day, looking for a pair of shoes for an even the next day. Upon entering, I noticed a pair of suede boots displayed at the front and asked for assistance. Unfortunately, both employees—a younger lady and an older gentleman—were dismissive and unhelpful. When I politely explained what I was looking for, the younger lady curtly responded, “Oh, we don’t have it,” without even checking. Moments later, I noticed the exact boots I was asking about right next to me and pointed them out. Her only response was “ok” as she was looking and walking away. The older gentleman didn’t bother to step in or offer assistance either. The lack of effort and condescending attitude from both employees made me feel unwelcome, as though I was being judged or dismissed. I left without making a purchase. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and disappointing."

"Ridiculously amazing shop!! $500 for jeans that are among the best in the world Tramarossa...should be $1000. Loved those shoes too but didn't have my size..waahhh!!"
