"I was locked out of my apartment last night and Ben really saved me (and my cats who were locked inside). It was really late and my lock was really strong but there was no complaining, only amazing customer service. And he was able to get inside and I was reunited with my cats and able to sleep in my bed last night, which was all I wanted! I was even having trouble paying because of my bank, and he was able to do an alternative form of paying even though it was already so late in the night, which was just really nice and I appreciated a lot. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was really really impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend. Thank you again!!"
