"Absolutely despicable attitude and behavior! We came in to get some ideas for our home. Store was empty but couldn't get anyone to help us. Finally a woman with a pushy tone came to "assist". We've never bought chandeliers before so we had questions. She was short with us. When she found out we weren't buying anything that day, she stormed off in the blink of an eye. NEVER EVER EVER have i seen such behavior. I read their reviews: it appears they don't excel in service. We left and went to another shop nearby where we had an amazing experience. Again, we weren't planning on buying but we did. If you gave us better service perhaps you would've had our business."

"Best lighting stuff store in my neighborhood. Every single item attracts the customer. It's a great place for people who need light therapy. Yes, as I nurse, I know how it's important to have enough light in our life in order to prevent depression. So, visit the store and get advantage of discounts. You won't regret visiting it. Kanson (sorry if misspelled) provides the best customer service for every customer."

"We purchased a wave chandelier, after 2 months it finally came and all the crystals had a film on it, when we called them about it, they said that we are the only ones that called them about this issue and that we shouldn't expect perfection, basically they were making us feel like we are complainers, and they told us that we should take off the crystals and clean it ourselves,after spending a lot of time on the phone with them going back and forth they finally agreed to send someone to take it down and to give us new crystal's, when the person came he said that he was busy doing this all day, so we asked him "we weren't the only one's complaining about this?" So he said of course not everyone that got this chandelier had the same problem, their customer service department has to be overhauled, they are totally clueless, they don't know what it means to say sorry we messed up and we will make it up to you."
