"I normally don’t write reviews but I was pretty disappointed about the lack of communication. They have a really great turnaround time which is why I gave them the 2 stars but after I submitted my payment I got no confirmation or order status. I also mentioned that I needed it asap and they didn’t communicate their hours and they ended up being closed on the days I could have picked it up. I requested a refund via email and had to call them in order to get a response and even when I did they were not apologetic and rushed me off the phone. Hopefully I get the refund in the next couple of days."
