"I came in on Saturday & gave them 2 shirts to get done. Paid in full & was promised to have them by the following Wednesday. Then after not receiving a call on Wednesday I called Thursday & they told me to wait until tomorrow at 6pm. Friday comes and I receive an email asking me what size did I want the logos on the shirts. Isn’t that a question you should have asked right away. This was after i already sent them samples of how I wanted the designs to look. This is just unprofessional & a bad way of doing business. I have had bad experiences with them in 2020 too. Thought things would be better by now. Seems worst. There are better places nearby with similar prices. Don’t go here"

"I went to the store today and Anna was very helpful. I had to do a rush order and she informed me my order will be ready the next day. She even informed me she will tell the designer to start the order as soon as possible. Her customer skills are great and she is very nice. I would definitely come back again."
