"Once I got there the Lady and man is friendly. But beware the 2 stars are for the Lady and man not the high price old furniture that was delivered to my residence. I received old discolored bed frames with yellow and orange stains on the fabric and the wood was cracked. Because of how old the frams were the wood was rotten. Beds are cheap and dusty upon delivery. Order from Amazon you get a cleaner bed upon delivery. Of course the show room furniture looks better and more durable then what was delivered to my residence and the cheapest bed could be flipped on both sides, the one delivered was one side cannot flip. Do yourself a favor order from Amazon."

"I had very horrible services. I had bought a queens size mattress. It was very expensive specifically for comfort. They send me a cheap hard rock one and never wanted to fix the issue. I was forced to keep the wrong one. What’s sad is that I finally got a new apartment. Mind you I haven’t had a bed in 10 years. as I lived in crowded conditions. Yet this is what I get when I finally could have a bed. I bought a mattress topper and still my back is always killing me. I may just donate it back at this point smh. Please don’t scam people is not right. this is a low income community mainly minorities this is wrong and all levels."

"I had such an amazing experience shopping at Popular Furniture on Graham Ave! This is by far, the best experience I ever had furniture shopping. This family owned business was extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in to the store. They have a huge variety and selection of furniture at great prices! Great staff, super knowledgeable, and amazing customer service! Shipping cost were cheap and even the folks that shipped and mantle the furniture were super helpful. Popular Furniture is definitely the best furniture spot in Brooklyn!"
