"We've now had one too many sad experiences here. A few weeks ago an older gentleman couldn't check us out. He told me it was my phone's fault, which it definitely wasn't, since I used it to tap at a store before and after our visit here. He refused to run the tab again and was pretty mean about it, so we just left. And then yesterday, Shelley yelled at my girls because they were talking too loudly for her migraine. Our older one was having a really difficult day, which is why we had come in, but the visit just ended in more sadness for her. There are a dozen other ways she could have asked them, or me, nicely, but she just didn't. It's a kids store for goodness sake."

"This is the cutest kids boutique on the UES. I don't have kids but I'm the auntie of way too many so I love shopping at unique and cute kids shops. This boutique has a little of everything and an amazing selection that feels super handpicked. The clothes is absolutely adorable, the toys are the cutest and the selection of other gift-able items are great. I love their books and small gifts which is what I typically go in for. I think no one walks out of here empty handed it's such a great shop."

"Great Customer Service In the past I had the pleasure of shopping at Pink Chicken, Charleston several times. I live in Palm Beach now and am not able to travel to SC to shop as much as I would like. Recently, I saw some items online that I wanted to purchase but had some questions pertaining to fit and fabric. I called the Charleston store and was helped right away with my concerns. Not only did the staff assist me with questions they also took the time to lay out outfits, photograph and text them to me so that I could preview what I was purchasing. I ended up with six fabulous outfits as well as some items they had on sale that I didn’t see on the website. I received my purchase well packaged and as expected. Days later the store manager Rebecca called me to make sure I receive the items and that they fit my son as expected. In this day of the big box store shopping and Amazon it’s fabulous to have a local boutique that is able to ship out of state and offer a boutique shopping experience over the phone. Customer service is why I have and will continue to shop at this boutique. Job well done Rebecca👌🏻, you and your staff are wonderful. Happy Mom from Palm Beach, Fl"
