"Do not buy in the reviews here, most likely from friends and family. To be honest, the shop is sketchy and unprofessional. Months ago, I brought in my laptop to have the screen replaced and upon picking up the laptop it was discovered that it was damaged and Apps I never had installed. Two weeks in their hands. What could go wrong? I asked about the damages and the store associate grabbed my laptop and told me "it is not yours". I asked for a receipt if I wasn't getting back my laptop and he refused. The owner called while I was in the shop and told me that his worker had a right to keep my laptop. I called the cops but they never showed up even after an hour and half waiting to file a report. I've called since and was told they don't have my laptop. Long story....this was in March and now May and I still haven't received my baby. They are thieves and cannot be trusted with your electronic. Do not trust their business and they haven't been in the neighborhood that long to be an accredited business. Do your research first. Thieves! If I could leave no stars then I would."
