"My wife and I arrived in the pouring rain and were greeted by a wonderful salesman. I tried on numerous pieces of clothing and purchased 4 items, 2 coats (one cashmere) and 2 pair of pants. I am so happy that there finally is a store catering to shorter men. Everything fit perfectly and prices are reasonable for the quality and the fit. I will be returning every season for my wardrobe!"

"I bought three pairs of pants from this company in 2015, and every single pair was defective. One pair had a pocket that wasn’t even sewn on. The other two were missing multiple belt loops and the leg was lopsided. This wasn’t a small mistake! I couldn’t even wear these pants because of their sloppy work. That was $213 down the drain! I tried to contact the company multiple times by email and on Facebook. I never got a response. Instead of fixing the problem, they blocked me on their Facebook page after I commented on one of their ads asking them to address my order. That tells you everything you need to know about how they handle customers. Here we are almost 10 years later, and this company still hasn’t taken responsibility. No refund. No replacement. No apology. They suck! I would've gladly mailed these pants back for an exchange. At this point, it feels less like an honest mistake and more like a company that doesn’t care once they’ve taken your money. If this is how they handle quality control and customer service, I’d seriously question how they’re still in business… or how many other people they’ve brushed off the same way. Order# is 19373 and it was placed on November 30th, 2015 at 5:51 PM (EST)."

"I had an excellent experience at the Fit Shop. I had a chance to try on several items that interested me when viewing them online. Some of them weren't a good fit, and I would have had to return them if I ordered them from my home in Seattle. I found others that worked well. Jeremy was helpful and patient as I worked my way through a stack of clothes. Visiting the Fit Shop is a much more efficient way to shop. I wish there were one on the West Coast."

"Fantastic first time visit to the Peter Manning NYC fit shop. One of the great benefits of Peter Manning clothes is the large number of sizes available which really allows you to get a perfect fit without any tailoring. And having the very knowledgeable staff at the fit shop work with you when you're in-between sizes helps to get it just right. I went in looking to purchase a size 4 suit (turns out size 3 fit perfectly) and got to try on (and purchase) a number of other items I had been considering on their website. If you find yourself in NYC, the excursion is well worth a trip. Great customer service, fast delivery of my items and a full selection of the sizes of everything available on their website. Plus a 10% discount which is a fantastic incentive."

"What took me so long?? The $ I’m saving on tailoring likely will make my dry cleaner sad but they’ll deal. Great store. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Classic, well made, quality goods priced right. And what a great feeling to buy and wear something without needing alterations!! Will be my new go to."
