"My wife and I were visiting NYC for the first time, traveling all the way from Florida, when we ran into a shoe crisis: the bottom of her heel gave out just a couple of blocks from our hotel. We randomly stumbled upon this shop and met Alex. He immediately assessed the boot and assured us the repair was possible. We were so impressed by his professionalism and generosity. Not only did he kindly offer us a discount, but he also insisted on fixing both heels (not just the damaged one) to ensure even wear and future durability. The speed and quality were truly exceptional. Alex replaced the flimsy plastic heel bottom with a durable, rigid rubber material. The entire, high-quality job took a remarkable five minutes! Alex was humorous and engaging throughout the process—he joked that my wife would thank him every day for the excellent fix. We are so glad we found this place; her fixed boots allowed us to walk around Manhattan comfortably for the rest of our trip.
