"Really bad customer service, I brought in my laptop last week for a replacement of one key which was the #1 key on my keyboard. The guy told me that the whole keyboard would need to be replaced, he said it was going to be $175 to fix it, I gave him $50 cash because he said I pretty much need to put a down payment. I picked it up a couple days ago and he told me that the amount I would need to pay is $125 so I paid $80 but before I paid I asked him why its so much for just one piece and he kept telling me that its the labor, he also brought up that I found very unprofessional and thought you do not say this kind of bullshit to customers, the guy said "I could have been a crook and told you that I replaced your old keyboard with a new one and you would have never known the difference but he said I'm not like that and he was smiling also as if it was a joke, your dealing with customers who need they're electronics to be fixed and your making dumb jokes. So this crook pretty much charged me for a price that I would have paid for a cracked screen that wasn't cracked and the mother board had water damage when it didn't have water damage. He also told me on the phone that if I want now the keyboard to be replaced when it didn't need to be replaced, why put a new keyboard when there is nothing wrong with it, also I wouldn't even trust him to do that cause what if he puts a cheap broken keyboard when my keyboard is already brand new with only one piece that needed to be replaced, Or what if he wouldn't even change the keyboard and he would just make it seem that its getting fixed for another week. Another thing I had a $20 red bag that I brought to the guy with my laptop and I'm pretty sure my charger was in there, he simply just gives the customers bags away, whether its $5 or $20 you don't do that and he wanted to give me someone else's bag with they're laptop in it and thought nothing about it and said it was just a bag."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Unprofessional, Dishonest, and a Complete Waste of Time We brought in our MacBook Air on Friday, April 4th for a screen repair. The owner, Marlen, was friendly at first and said they had been in business for many years. He told us to come back the following Tuesday, April 8th to pick it up. When we arrived, he said the wrong screen color had been ordered and asked us to return Friday. On April 11th, we returned again—this time he claimed the repair team was away for Passover, and told us to come back the following week. Throughout all this, we stayed patient. But on April 25th, I came in by myself, assuming it would finally be ready. Instead, I was told once again that it wasn’t done, with no apology—just “you have to wait.” I calmly pointed out that if he had told us upfront it would take a month, we would’ve been fine. What wasn’t okay was being misled week after week. He got defensive and said he wouldn’t apologize because of my “attitude.” He told us verbally that if the screen still hadn’t arrived by April 29th, he would issue a full refund. In writing, he said the screen would arrive by April 29th at the latest, which also did not happen. ⸻ Final update: On May 2nd, we picked up the laptop — nothing was repaired, but we were given a $150 refund after nearly a month of broken promises and poor communication. We later saw a 1-star review from Leah Y describing nearly the exact same experience — misleading pricing, no-shows, and being left in the dark. This isn’t a one-time issue. It’s a pattern. ⸻ This business is disorganized, unreliable, and dishonest. Save yourself the frustration and do not take your laptop here. (Screenshots available for proof.)"

"I had a broken screen on my Samsung phone. I set up an appointment and he was very quick to respond and provide information. He was really quick as well to get the job done. Gave me a reasonable rate for fixing my phone."

"My 16 years old son went in by himself and paid $180 to have his iPhone 13 screen fixed. 3 weeks later, he was on the toilet and gently dropped his phone on the bathroom rug, the screen was broken again right there. This time, my son was charged $100 ( less than 3 weeks of service) for another new screen. We got the phone around 7 pm and by the next day a little bit more than 24 hours later, without dropping, the screen was broken again. The craftsmanship and the quality of work was horrible or should I said nonexistent. Please do not waste your money and time at this place. The worst place you can spend your money"
