"pavlos shoe repair did an amazing job! my only gripe would be that they didnt manage to perfectly color match my red heels, but i think they probably did the best they could with the available materials and the color difference isnt very noticeable at all. that being said they absolutely worked some magic on my scuffs! they look almost brand new and when i brought them in they were in such terrible shape. they were super nice and didnt try to sell me anything i didnt need or overcharge me. i had two pairs of very poorly treated heels rehabilitated for only $65. if ur looking for affordable, quality shoe repair, this is the place to go!"

"I love this shoe repair place! They fixed at least five pairs of shoes, and each with so much care and attention to detail. Always courteous and very professional."

"I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Michael and his team at his shop. They repaired a favorite pair of old, cheap heels, making them even better than before. I asked for a little customization (making the straps a little looser on the right side) and I was able to come in to have them sized appropriately. I genuinely have a new, better pair of shoes now and it was well worth the money. I had to share some befores and afters. On another occasion, customer service is beyond expectations. I came by with my toddler in a stroller once and there was no way I was going to navigate it up into the store and Michael saw I was there and came outside to take my order. Thank you!"

"I'm very particular with my shoes and like to think mine are high quality. These guys did a superb job resoling them, front and heel, while keeping the side profile slim of the welt including the rubber layer on the bottom. Price was rather expensive, about $60 / pair, but I fully support paying a bit more for a better product."
