"Every time I come here i have a great experience. Super friendly and helpful staff. Recently I looked everywhere for a laptop shipping box. In the end the solution was to simply visit the Copy Center where they securely wrapped the laptop and placed it in a box cut down to size. They only charged me a few bucks for the packing supplies, much cheaper than if I’d gotten a UPS laptop box."

"I have zero issues with the service here or even the fees that you might not have to pay elsewhere, as NYC real estate is expensive, especially for small businesses. However, the open hours are incredibly inconvenient. Not open on weekends? And only 9-5pm on weekdays? They would get a lot more of my business if they were open at times I wasn’t working or commuting. This place seems to only cater to remote workers."
