"John was incredible and impossible not to like! Very hard to find Cali king bedding and they had a wide collection in all fabrics and their entire team provided excellent service. 12/10 experience. Was in and out in thirty minutes and also dog friendly!"

"I've had mixed experiences with the staff at the store. One time, I walked in, with the store being maintained by majority, if not all, male staff. They were friendly, helpful, and informative. Another time, on an early evening, I stepped by and watched a bunch of female staff watch me trying to open the door from the outside lobby, with no help letting me in. Essentially, they stared and watched me and my partner try to open and get inside the space without any inkling or effort to try and help us. I had to call the store number to ask to be let in. The staff were just standing there talking amongst each other and staring at us try to get in helplessly, with a barely there acknowledgment of their lack of help. I found that so peculiar and odd, as if they just wanted to spend the last hour or two hanging out instead of simply letting a customer inside. That was crazy! I'll be careful when I decide to shop now."

"I placed an order last Friday, and it has now been five days without any shipping update, confirmation, or tracking number. My payment was processed immediately, but the order has still not been shipped. I contacted customer service twice and was told it would be sent “today or tomorrow,” yet nothing happened. I also reached out through your official Instagram and Facebook accounts, but received no response at all. To be honest, I did not expect this level of service from a company that positions itself as a luxury, premium brand. The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely disappointing."

"I bought Parachute’s linen sheets because they’re marketed as high-quality and long-lasting. After just two years of normal use, the fitted sheet became paper-thin and tore apart. When I contacted customer care via chat, I was met with robotic replies thanking me for my “patience and understanding", over and over again, even though there was nothing to be patient or understanding about. At times it felt like they were mocking me. The supervisor simply repeated the same script, offered a token 20% discount, and refused to acknowledge the clear quality issue. For a brand that charges luxury prices and prides itself on craftsmanship, that response shows zero empathy and zero accountability. If a sheet falls apart after two years, it’s not wear-and-tear - it’s poor quality. And Parachute’s customer service made it worse."

"Horrible "non"-customer-service! The manager at this location is the rudest, craziest store manager I have ever encountered in my life. I had to call the police on him. Also the quality is horrible. $100 sheets, first wash, threads everywhere but where they should be - stitched into the products. Did a chat and an email (because there is no phone number) and no one could care less a customer had to call the police because of their manager. So crazy. The regular customer service person responding to the return went with the old gaslighting routine. Horrible company. 0/10 do not recommend."
