"Terrible experience!!!!!!!!! I went there and the store was about to close at 6:59 the guy was like we close in 1 minute!!! I ask for a size he didn’t have it, wanted to check something else, was rushing but he just kick me out the store and said you can check online or come tomorrow!!!! Never in my life if a store was closing was kick at the exact time, even I went close to see something and check de price and two guys get closer for me not to touch it because they jus wanted to close!!!! The only person that was normal was the security guy! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! If the owner take care of his store he should definitely get better customer service team!"

"One of my favorite places to shop. The customer service is exceptional. As we all know there is another skate brand with store employees that don’t actually care. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience here, even when I could only afford to window shop. I’ll always be a patron of the Canal x Mercer location."

"This place is aesthetically pleasing and a lot of the items that are sold out online are available in store. The people were super cool and accommodating and I know that in a place as exclusive as Palace that sometimes is not the case. The dude who took care of me was super nice- go in look around and support a dope brand! 🤙🏼"

"Absolutely terrible experience！I strongly do not recommend this store! Very rude staff！Blatant discrimination here. Here’s what happened: One of the staff members approached us and wanted to pet our dog. While petting, our dog got excited and had a small accident. When that staff member went to get cleaning supplies, another staff member came over and started yelling at us in a very rude manner, using offensive language and demanding that we clean it ourselves. We cleaned up immediately, but the staff member continued to harass us, insisting that we repeatedly clean the floor as if to intentionally make things difficult. Throughout the entire process, they kept insulting us with vulgar words and even told us to "get out." This was an incredibly hostile and discriminatory experience. Such behavior is unacceptable. I will warn everyone I know not to visit this store."

"Cool clothes. I bought several shirts, jackets and a pair of pants. Also Id like to especially thank the clerk who helped me out with charging my phone. I was in a desperate situation because my phone was dying and I did not know how to get back to my hotel and then I asked the clerk if in any way he could help me and he was so kind and let me use the plug and stay there for a while while charging. Thanks again. Cheers."
