"This is my go-to shoe repair place! My boyfriend’s Ferragamos needed the soles replaced and he was reluctant to take them somewhere that might ruin them. Palace replaced the soles and they’re good as new! Brought in my favorite pair of boots that had the coating on the heels peeling off. He painted them and they look even better than they did when I bought them. Very reasonably priced for the level of professionalism"

"Passed by during my lunch for a quote, I was wearing my doc martens chelsea boots, he asked me to take them off, he looked at them, next thing I know he fixed the deep scratches within minutes. He only charged me $7 and I asked for polish $10. I’m so happy to have my fav boots looking like new!"

"Grigory is THE BEST! He repaired several of my shoes (changed the sole, repainted them) and it is perfect. I’m writing this review 1.5 years after the repair was done and the shoes are still in a perfect condition. Highly recommend. Already told 3 of my friends to go to him and they also had a great experience."
