"Around 6 employees behind the register, a whole line waiting for someone to check them out. Waited around 5 minutes, being the first person in line. All the employees did was stand there and talk, you guys have a whole line of customers and all you care about is talking? No manners at all! When the cashier finally took us, it seemed like the whole world evolved around her. If you hate your job, quit. Btw no thank you what so ever after checking out and proceeded to asked her co worker what he’s doing after work."

"I was visiting New York city until I stumbled onto this place that looked really neat and potentially have high quality clothing. When going into the dressing room section, staff were not helpful and had the audacity to make a face where it feels like we as customers shouldn’t have even walked in, I was the only woman of color and the person who gave me the face was a young white lady that other staffed called “Amani”. I overheard staff talking at a volume you would hear at a metal concert talking about how they would want to attack other customers for not following vague directions, and how they have issues with management and doing this job. Other customers also gave a dissatisfied look when they overheard this. If i had other way to address this dreadful experience I would without a doubt address it."

"Poor costumer service. Did not let my daughter try T-shirt she wanted, said the fitting rooms are closed 20 min before 8pm. I guess those girls and guys who work there was just tired and wanted to go home ASAP so they act like they don’t care…shopping suppose to be pleasure, fun, not frustrating and in a bad mood…it felt like we are disturbing them…very bad experience."

"We shopped at over a dozen stores in Soho today, and had a great experience at every one, except PacSun. We struggled to find a tee my son wanted in the correct size. One employee said systems were down, so she couldn't order it for us online. There was a long line for dressing rooms, and the two attendants were barking at customers where to stand. We finally attempted to check out, and there was only one register open with over 20 customers in line. I asked if they could open another register, and another employee said no, they were short staffed (I counted at least 9 employees working). Will shop elsewhere in the future."

"I’m putting one because zero isn’t an option. I have never encountered a customer service place with such poor behavior. The employee did not smile, check in on me, or even ask me how I was doing. Instead, I was repeatedly glared at and yelled at in the fitting room. If you’re going to work in customer service, learn how to be kind. I wouldn’t recommend going inside the store."
