"The service is horrible - they can't even give you their correct business hours, when you point out their business hours are wrong and very misleading, they'll tell you this is not their website, so they'll keep it this way for not sure - how many more years to come?"

"The hood and service was great. Had a large selection of models to choose from and we were able to turn them on and test them. They also offer installation. Not really on a busy area so parking was easy"

"Defective design steam clean Pacific hood. Heat generated in the hood melted the top part of this plastic container. Luckily, it didn't cause fire in the house yet. This is the second time i replaced this container. Don't buy this steam clean hood. It is less effective to pull oil and smell compared to the old model which used detergent to clean the fan. The steam cleansing ability only good for few months."
