"I recently visited Ozinco and I had such an amazing experience. The workers there created a fun and welcoming environment. They were very helpful when I was having difficulty trying to figure out the best shoe size to get. I went with a friend, and they even laced her shoes to her desire liking because she doesn’t lace them the best. I would definitely come here again to purchase all my sneakers."

"Nice stuff but when it comes to new Jordan releases especially hype releases this place is terrible. This store is a RETAIL store yet when it comes to new jordan releases or new hype releases they MAKE you buy a piece of their overpriced clothing or else you cannot get the shoe. Most of the time it’s an item over $50. Personally i think if you’re a retail store with a retail contract from Nike and adidas that’s horrible and probably a breach of contract as well. Customer service is terrible also 1/10 do not recommend especially around Jordan releases"

"Great high end clothing store. Shipping is horrible. Would have given 4 or 5 stars if they shipped with quicker method. I'm in nj and it's in staten island. And it's taking over 2 weeks to deliver. Meanwhile I have ordered things days before this item on other sites. And I have received those items already!!!."

"I placed a order with these guys online. They printed a label for my clothes for 3-4 days now and the package has not moved out there facility. I called both locations for nobody to answer the phone. Honestly the shipping issue is silly but maybe there was a explanation but for me to call a business during business hours twice/both locations to not answer tells a lot about a company. This is coming from a business owner who has been fortunate to have a successful 5 year llc. If your employees aren’t answering the phone on two separate occasions with two different locations not answering what exactly are you doing there??? That mixed with my clothes sitting on there shelves for 3 days now says a lot. I’ll wait for my clothes but next go round I’ll pass. Just not a ethical way to do business in my opinion, it pisses me off when companies act as if there services merchandise are for free, it’s like dude this isn’t for free your business is a for profit business, lol why do I need to call you back to back and remind you to ship my clothes you were compensated for. Maybe my mentality is wrong who knows?"

"Just picked up a pair of the Nike SBBs I won by raffle through Copdate. I went to their store from Manhattan (not hard to get to) and upon arrival was greeted by one of the women, who directed me to the guys coordinating the sales. Overall, I was really impressed and they made getting the shoes so easy. I hope to be back there soon...their store is really nice and, a great place to shop."
