"Beautiful curation but unfortunately the customer service is subpar at best. My friend and I happened upon the shop yesterday and I was excited to see a lot of my favorite labels and discover some new ones. It’s a new season and I am looking to invest in some key pieces. HOWEVER: The two salespeople did not utter a SINGLE word to my friend and I. No welcome in, no goodbye, nothing. We were very uncomfortable and felt as if the girls were judging us. How hard is it to say “Hi, let me know if you have any questions?” and then go on with your business? The bar is low and unfortunately Ouroboro doesn’t even reach it. I’ll make sure to take my business elsewhere!"

"I recently visited the shop and had a great experience. I have trouble finding pieces to fit my body shape. Once the shop ladies knew what I was looking for, they helped me find pieces that fit. They helped me style them with doable suggestions and I left with some great pieces that mixed and matched for a much needed boost to my capsule wardrobe. I am so appreciative of great customer service!"

I've followed them on IG for a while and was excited to buy my first item from them and start shopping there regularly, but because of the customer service and dishonest sales practices, I'll start purchasing the same brands elsewhere."

"This boutique has consistently exceeded my expectations. The clothes are always even cuter in person, shipping is speedy, website easy to maneuver, and communication is stellar.
