"Origins is willing to take your money but become unresponsive when you have issues with your order delivery and need assistance. They tell you to contact the carrier and then ghost you. I asked twice about the shipping insurance so I can file a claim with the carrier and they still continue to ignore. Pray that nothing like this happens to you because they won’t lift a finger to help."
