"I don’t remember the last time I wrote a review of a place. I’m pretty passive and tend to give a lot of grace. I spoke with two separate people over the course of an hour about giving me an estimate to have curtains altered. They both said they’d be with me after the next customer & after rounds and rounds of customers came and went, I was seated there alone and they chose to ignore me. Will gladly pay double to go elsewhere."

"I went to this place because it came highly reviewed and honestly I don’t recommend. The people in there were so rude and were really rushing me and not being very attentive. It’s pretty expensive for not the best work - hems are uneven, already frying etc. The only good thing is it’s quick."

"I had a full length, one shoulder bridesmaids dress that needed to be taken in 1 size and hemmed 1 inch. They did a fine job, charged $50 for both alterations which was cheaper than any other tailor I checked. The fit was right and done very quickly in 2 days. The seams were alright, minor messy parts but you can’t see them unless you’re looking for them. It’s not the highest quality work but for that price and quick turnaround, it’s pretty good! 4 starts"

"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! extremely poor/rude service, ruined my dress and did not own up to their actions. needed to take in my strapless bridesmaids dress and hem it shorter. they took it in way too much to the point where it doesn't fit me anymore. they hemmed the bottom at different lengths so the bottom of the dress is uneven and all lopsided. they were very sloppy and very careless with my dress, leaving random sewing machine track marks all over it. i went in to explain what happened and expected a refund on my tailor and payment of my now damaged dress. they said they can give me a refund for the tailor (they asked me how much i paid for it so they just make up arbitrary numbers) or they could try to fix it (i already went to a different tailor and they said they didn't leave enough give to let it out, so it was not fixable). they also said they will not be paying for the damaged dress. i was upset that they wouldn't pay for something they damaged.. and then some guy said i could take them to small claims court if i wanted to. i was like huh?? this is how you treat your customers?? i didn't think i was asking for anything crazy since THEY damaged my dress. overall very unhappy with the service and experience. do not recommend."
