"I went to the Williamsburg store today with my husband. He had seen a model on the website, but since he wanted the sneakers for the next day, we decided to go to the store to avoid waiting for delivery. When we arrived, some customers were being helped by 2 of the 4 employees we saw in the store. We walked in and looked at some pairs of sneakers, but no one greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. The other 2 employees were just chatting while we waited for service. After almost ten minutes, we decided to leave. One of them wished us a good day, while the other kept her back turned to us. During the entire time we were in the store, we walked past the employees who were actually helping customers, including one who was assisting a couple right next to us. My husband even walked around and came back, passing by the same employees who continued their conversation, yet no one greeted us or offered any help. We ended up buying the sneakers at Nike, where we were promptly assisted by staff who were actually working."

"Amazing experience at the On Williamsburg store. The layout is beautiful, and the staff go above and beyond. Mik was especially great — she took the time to listen to what I needed, walked me through different options, and made sure I found the perfect fit. Easily one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while."

"Disappointed by the Service at This Location I’m genuinely disappointed by the experience my husband and I had at this store. He was excited to finally try On sneakers after hearing so many great things, and we walked in eager to check them out. When we asked to try on a pair, the two employees told us they were too busy—without offering any follow-up or help. As someone who’s been a loyal Nike fan since college, I was actually hoping to sway my husband toward Nike instead, but I think On made that decision for him with this poor service. I usually don’t write negative reviews—if service isn’t great, I typically just move on. But this interaction felt different. It was disheartening and, frankly, felt a bit discriminatory. I’m still not sure why we were treated that way, but it left a lasting impression—and not a good one."

"I love On's products, this store is very nice. Vanessa, the manager was just amazing! Had issues with the online service, was back and forth with them for over a week. Vanessa really tried to be creative and find ways to help. Eventually she resolved my problem and saved me hours of emails/phone calls. Thanks to her I'll continue to purchase On's products."

"If you’re looking for the most comfortable pair of sneakers please buy them here also Antonio help us to choose the sneaker according with my needs and we end it up buying more pairs although the store was packed he treat us like we were the only ones at the store."
