"I’ve visited this store several times because the location is very convenient. However, the quality of service seems to vary depending on the staff. On my most recent visit, I called ahead to check inventory. The person who answered didn’t introduce himself or greet me, and the interaction felt low-energy and not very welcoming. When I arrived at the store, the staff who assisted me had a similar tone and at one point he said “are you listening,” which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. On a positive note, the lady who helped me at checkout was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I hope the store can improve consistency in customer service, as the location itself is great."

"The experience was the best. Staff are top of the line helping you back and forth no staff here are lazy all the staff are doing something. The staff members. Any where you are and need help staff members are on the way. The help and conversations."

"I am a big fan of On Shoes. So I went in with exactly in mind what I wanted. But the entire experience was horrible. I got the most arrogant, desinterested sales person you can imagine. No word more then necessary none was polite. Still bought the shoes. No thank you good buy and totally ignoring that I wanted to leave my old pairs there ans putting on the new ones. So i recommend sticking to online shopping."

The customer service representative recommended a warranty claim, which has a 14-day processing time. In my experience with Hoka and Nike, items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment."
