"Bob came to do an estimate at my late parents' home as there are a number of Victorian antiques. From start to finish, he proved to be an exceptional person to deal with. Ironically, I say this despite him not buying anything from me! He was honest and helpful. And if that weren't enough, he helped get a baby squirrel out while he was there!! He was a refreshing difference from other antique dealers who were frankly rude on the phone."

"I called and spoke with Bob about selling a piece of jewelry. He was able to come meet with us about 90 minutes later. He and Andy came, we talked price, and shook hands within ten minutes.
