"My son trashed his sneakers and needed a new pair immediately. We were the first customers of the day. The staff had us in a new pair of comfy sneakers in minutes. Service with a smile. We need to support mom and pop shops like this. Ill continue to shop here in the future."

"I just called the store from Toronto looking for Nike Shox. First call, I got hung up on. Second call I spoke to a young man that seemed to have limited customer service skills. He gave me a description of what they had in stock and when I asked for a price range I was told that prices can not be discussed over the phone. Pardon me? You don't have a website and I can't get a price range? He said it was policy and his boss was right beside him so if he was to tell me he would be questioned about it later. So logically, I asked to speak to the boss. I was then told he doesn't speak English well and won't understand. I then clarified with the young man, are you refusing to let me speak with your boss? The answer I received was, he doesn't speak English well (again) and that it's the policy not to discuss prices. Strike 1; Hanging up the phone on a caller. Strike 2, Not being able to have the common sense to realize that as I'm in Canada and not around the corner that in some cases, price ranges and not exact prices should and can be discussed especially since there is no web site. Strike 3; Refusing to let me speak to your superior on the pretense that he doesn't speak enough English to understand a caller but would still understand a partial conversation you were having on the phone with someone. You're Out! You will never get a dime out of me , or any of my friends and family in the New York area as they all know about your shotty service now."

"I purchased a pair of sneakers for my husband for his birthday. Everything planned to the tee. The day after my husbands birthday he tried on the boots and it was two different sizes. I took the boots back to the store with the receipt as well the owner pulled the video. He still didn't change the wrong boot stating that I changed the boot. What would I do with one boot."
