"Mou gave such amazing service - truly a gem to have her and this small business in the neighborhood. I called Fedex Kinkos, Staples, and the UPS store and they wouldn’t do any custom sizing or help me out with a project, and she was super casual on the phone and told me to come in so we can figure out the job for me same day. She even stayed open longer just to help me because it was urgent. I’m glad her shop is here so there’s some place to go to with real service"

"Asked for 5 color printed 3x5 cards- received 6 each for the price of $80.57. Over 6 dollars each for a 3x5 card is ridiculous, and I was not told the price before printing. I try to support small businesses, but definitely feel like I was taken advantage of in this situation."
