"If you care about your shoes, go somewhere else that you can trust. I don’t understand why this place has good reviews with the quality of service they’re providing. For context, I brought in my tabis to get a simple sole protector added. 1. Craftsmanship was horrible. My shoes, which I brought in new, came back with multiple scratches on the leather of my shoe. The area near the toes are also very jagged. 2. The sole protector started peeling off my heel after only wearing my shoes for ~30 minutes. 3. Owner himself admitted that the application of the sole protector was done incorrectly, yet still gaslit me into thinking this was my fault. 4. After re-doing the sole, my shoes came back with even more scratches."

"Great service, they repaired the heels of my boots pretty quickly. The location is convenient I was able to shop around while they fixed the boots."

"I appreciate that the store replaced the heels and added coloring at the tip. However, my original request was to repair the leather peeling around the heels. I was charged $90 for the service, but upon pickup, I was informed that only gluing was done. I was told the repair would include both gluing and coloring so the shoes would look new, yet the peeling remains visible (as shown in the photo). Now, I’m being asked to pay another $90 to replace the leather on top — totaling $180 for what should be a minor repair. This doesn’t seem reasonable or reasonable."

"I brought 2 leather jackets in for repair and they did a great job. One jacket had a big rip they were able to stick/patch. Another needed a full collar replacement. It was not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The man working the counter is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend, and will return for shoe repair ! Thank you!!"

"incredible craftsman. I have a pair of leather slip on clogs which I had been unable to wear because they were so heavy that they would be uncomfortable and painful to wear. as a last ditch effort before I resigned to giving them up entirely, I brought them to this repair shop and asked them if they could affix some sort of back strap so the weight could be distributed more evenly. they talked through a few solutions with me, including an option to affix a leather strap with an elastic portion, which I ended up going for. then by the end of the day (so fast!) I was able to come by and pick them up- and they were beautiful! the color of the new strap matched perfectly and dare I say the shoe is more stylish than before. I'm happily wearing them out as I type this- thank you!!"
