"I’m writing this review after having spoken with the Noir et Blanc owner, Deborah. Unfortunately, I did not purchase anything from Noir et Blanc, a brick and mortar store in New York City. Rather, I purchased a handbag from Noir Blanc which is a fraudulent online website, posing as the brick and mortar store. The purpose of this review is to warn online shoppers not to order from this fraudulent site. I am dissatisfied with the product I received and have requested return instructions multiple times but they refuse to provide them. Unfortunately, the real brick and mortar boutique, Noir et Blanc, is dealing with the fallout from this scam. I intend to contact my bank, the better business bureau and New York City authorities that oversee these issues. I would advise anyone who is experiencing similar problems to do the same."

"The moment I walked into Noir et Blanc the incredible atmosphere was one of elegance and beauty!! From the welcoming Woman at the Door to the amazing Boutique Clothing from France, Italy and Spain I was so impressed!!! Just beautiful Clothes with such details I’ve not seen other then in Europe!! I had to buy a pant and a few tops! So unique I’m sure I won’t see myself coming and going! LOVE Them! Have a Holiday Party I’ll be wearing them to! Also the owner helped me style my buys! A nice touch! Go get yours and check this Boutique out!! Enjoy!!"

"This is my favorite boutique in NYC. The clothing is fashionably beautiful, high quality and unique, offering something different from the abundance of designer chain stores in the city. Perhaps more importantly, the owner and excellent staff are available to style you and create great looks (but if you want to be left alone there is no pressure). Finally, it is important to support a small business that is woman/minority owned and that gives back to the community."

"I purchased a bag base on the reviews. I am very disappointed in the Customer service. Ar first they sent me the wrong color I ask to exchange it and they then send me the right one. They were supposed to send me a mailing label that didn't happen. I messed them and ask to return it the ivory because it was so small for me. I feel like the service that they provided in regards to there return policy is not accurate. I pray that this doesn't happen to someone else."
