"I’ve always liked Noah’s design, but I was disappointed with the customer service. I received a defective bag and was told I’d receive a return label, but after many follow-ups over 2+ weeks, I haven’t heard back and they seemed to be ignoring the issue. I’d love to see better follow-through. Taking this public in hopes they will resolve this. Update: the team told me my email went to junk, even though we were in conversation for 2 weeks. Issue was resolved!"

"Noah is another one of my favorite NYC brands that has a flagship in SoHo. They have a great mix of seasonal styles and evergreen basics that I really like. I also love the subtle nautical theme of this particular store. They will deny that Noah is a reference to Noah’ Ark but their aesthetic says otherwise. Check this store out but wait for their Not Dead Yet sale to buy."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for but recommend trying online. Really cool store! The store layout was very nice, and the clothes are cool and trendy, kind of preppy/rad feeling, but really cool."

"I've visited Noah twice, once for a Frog Skateboards video premier and a second time just to browse through clothing. The store is nicely laid out and they are at an incredible location. The staff is young, friendly, and well dressed. I didn't buy anything, but their clothing seems to be a very good quality weave designed in New England. I have friends who work in the Noah office and really enjoy what they do. I hope to own some Noah clothing."
