When I went to the cashier, the manager said he couldn't give me the discount because I used to have a membership, which is ridiculous. The employees were very polite and helpful, but the manager was a bit rude."

"I had a great experience at the Nike Factory Store in College Point, Flushing! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. A special shoutout to Juan his customer service was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, and his positive attitude really stood out. The security lady at the front was also so kind and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile and created such a warm, friendly vibe right at the entrance. Highly recommend visiting this location if you're in the area. Great deals, clean store, and most importantly amazing people!"

"Cheap. Big. Very helpful staff. Did I say cheap? Lots of choice and very easy to keep picking up more stuff. Oh and get there early otherwise you’ll have to queue once the store starts filling up"
