"Fixed a Carry on zipper! I've had this Carryon for over 7 years and the zipper fell out. He told me to wait until Friday so he can figure out how to fix it but literally waited one day and he called me with excitement to let me know that not only did they fix it but also reinforced it! It looks better than new! Saved me traveling all the way to Brooklyn to START an RMA process with the carry on Brand. Genuis, kind, smart and incredibly helpful. Love the craft and Spirit of doing things right."

"I brought in a pair of leather boots to be re-heeled. Phenomenal work, done quickly, at a very fair price. The proprietor took made sure the heel was the same height as the rest of the sole, and went above and beyond what was expected even after installation. Clearly he cares about doing a good, meticulous job."
