"We went here to get my wife’s dress altered for her brother’s wedding. We were charged $150 for the addition of a zipper, adding lining to sleeves (we provided the fabric), and taking in the dress slightly. The zipper broke the next day when my wife tried it on to show family and we had to take it to another tailor to fix it (replace the zipper, bring it in some more) and we were charged $50. All that to say, quality of work was bad, and overpriced."

"Unreasonable pricing, rude employees who yelled at me when I asked them to fix the tailor work they did on my blouse because it was uneven and poorly done. I requested a custom-made blouse and showed them pictures of the designs and they did not make it correctly and it did not fit properly despite them taking my measurements. The cost for the blouse was overpriced for the low quality material and no other add ons. There are several stores nearby with kinder employees who can do tailoring much faster and for better pricing. I will be supporting them instead."

"This is the best tailoring business in NYC! They are extremely friendly, can make just about anything you ask of them and always have everything ready on time (sometimes early too) and extremely reasonable too. Highly recommend this business - 10/10!!!"

"Terrible experience. If you have time to go to New Jersey to get something stitched you should go there instead. Brought a satin fabric for a blouse to be stitched and noticed right away after picking it up that there were rips and thinned fabric in the blouse. When I go to show the owner he claims that there isn't anything there. Please see the pictures attached to show that this is false. Then he claims that I bought the fabric ripped. Why would I do that? I checked the fabric before I went there to ensure there were no rips. Then he criticizes that I came late to pick the blouse. How does that have anything to do with it's quality? Sounds to me like they just don't want to take responsibility for the poor job they did. Paid $60 for this low quality work. Waste of time and money, and they should be ashamed."
