"my wife and I just came from the New Balance store on 67th St. and third Avenue. As trainers we stand on our feet all day long in addition we want to be very active. It's very important to have someone that understands sneakers and to give the proper recommendations. We are very impressed with Karina the store manager. She was knowledgeable extremely pleasant. We only want to come back to the store for our sneakers I hope Karina stays a long time."
