"I had the best experience at New Balance Flatiron. Sandra was amazing helping me get fitted. I have problem getting sneakers that are wide Enough for me. Sandra fit me and Stayed with me until she was satisfied that the fit was perfect and I was comfortable with the fit. The manager of the store made sure I was happy too. This was not an in and out experience, Elton and Sandra are great and I can’t thank Sandra enough . Thank you New Balance Flatiron."

"Love this place. Elton is the best! New Balance stores in Manhattan do not carry many athletic (particularly tennis) shoes, thus I needed to order online different sizes. Had three pairs but was not sure which was best fit me so I came to this store. Elton helped me check my size and advised me on the best choice. This is exactly why many brands need to keep their flagship stores — people come to try things on, get expert guidance, and become long-term fans of the brand. I did not have the same experience in other brand stores. He clearly enjoys his job, and that kind of positive energy is so important for a store like this!"

"I was served by Clara and she was really helpful, answering my questions and was proactive in offering assistance to try different sizes and options to get the best fit for me. She was simultaneously serving another customer and was unfazed. Very impressed! I was also assisted by another lady to try some clothes but I didn’t get her name and the same patient and helpful attitude. It felt good to shop here!"

"My mother has been telling me she needed a new pair sneakers. I offered to buy her brands of sneakers to buy for her. But my mother was adament with me that she only wears New Balance sneakers. I finally had the time to take her to the New Balance store. My mother and I visited the New Balance flagship store on 5th Avenue in NYC, where I had the pleasure of meeting a fantastic staff member named Mel. She assisted my mother in finding a comfortable pair of New Balance sneakers, demonstrating professionalism and warmth throughout the process. Mel brought out four different pairs for my mother to try until she found the perfect fit. Until today, I had never purchased New Balance sneakers, but Mel educated me about their variety of colors and the reflective features on the shoes. I ended up selecting the NB 1906 in blue, for myself which was available in my size. I'm truly grateful for Mel's help in making our visit to the New Balance store such a memorable experience."

"We visited the New Balance Flagship in Flatiron because I had a few models saved from the official website and wanted to try them in person. The store itself is quite small and the selection was more limited than online, so if you’re looking for a specific pair it’s better to call ahead and ask if they have your size in stock. The staff was very friendly and efficient, quickly bringing out the sizes I asked for and making the whole process easy. The store is clean and organized, and while the variety isn’t huge, the service makes up for it. If you know what you’re looking for, this location works well, but don’t expect the full website assortment."
