"I had a wonderful experience at the Neuhaus store in Hudson Yards. The customer service was exceptional, especially from the manager, Leslie. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the chocolates. She took the time to explain the different varieties, their flavor profiles, and the craftsmanship behind each one. Her guidance helped me choose the perfect assortment. The store is beautifully presented, and the level of service made my visit feel truly special. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for high-quality chocolates and outstanding customer care."

"Neuhaus at Hudson Yards is a little slice of classic Belgium in the middle of Manhattan. The boutique feels polished and calm, with that old world chocolate counter vibe, and the staff are genuinely helpful when you are picking something out, whether it’s for a gift or a quick treat. What you are getting here is heritage and craft. Neuhaus has been making chocolate since 1857 and they literally invented the Belgian praline in 1912, plus the ballotin gift box that everyone copies now. Everything is still made in Belgium and brought over, so it tastes like the real deal, rich, silky, not overly sweet, just precise and elegant. Prices are premium, but it matches the quality and the experience. If you are walking Hudson Yards and want something special, or need a beautiful gift that never misses, this is an easy yes. "

"Jerry helped me out and went above and beyond. He was super friendly and walked me through all the different chocolates. He made the visit feel personal, and I left with a bag full of chocolates I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Definitely worth stopping in."

"Horrible experience. Neuhaus is a complete ripoff. They advertise chocolate at $93 per pound, but if you buy prepackaged items, the price is almost double. It gives the impression that you’re getting a deal, when in reality you’re paying significantly more. They even charge $93 per pound for their jellies (which are basically sugar and water). I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but only recently realized how misleading and overpriced this company is. For example, I used to buy a box of 4 truffles for around $20. Recently, I purchased 4 truffles by weight, and the price came out to about $10 with tax. That’s when I discovered Neuhaus is upcharging for the packaging. If you want authentic Belgian chocolate without hidden costs, go to Leonidas. Their flavors are better, the quality is great, and they don’t charge extra for a simple box. At $93 per pound, Neuhaus should absolutely include the packaging."

"I frequent Neuhaus Chocolates in hudson yards and want to personally thank their exceptional chocolate associates .They serve up welcoming vibes and are incredibly knowledgeable about their products. They take the time to explain the different chocolates, their origins, and flavor profiles, making the experience both educational and delightful. What stood out the most was their enthusiasm for sharing their passion. They encouraged me to try new flavors by offering tastings, which helped me discover chocolates I might not have chosen otherwise as I'm a creature of habit!! Their recommendations are always spot on! If you’re looking for high-quality chocolates paired with outstanding customer service, Neuhaus HY is the place to go. My favorite : Caprice Nougatine with smooth Madagascar vanilla fresh cream. Perfection!"
