"Absolutely love this Neuhaus location. Such warm and friendly staff. Shout out to Bruno, Derek, and Aniya for being so wonderful when I came in to pick up my birthday chocolates. Bruno was so attentive and sweet, and helped me pick out my flavors. And the chocolates, as usual, were divine. Will most certainly be back!"

"Honestly, how can Neuhaus justify an $80 bûche using ingredients like this? When you read the label, it’s literally a supermarket ingredient list disguised as luxury: Sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar, stabilisers, humectants, emulsifiers, colourants (carmine 👀), raising agents, industrial wheat starch, powdered milk… This is not haute pâtisserie , this is industrial formulation with a premium price tag. For $80, you expect real ingredients like the ones used by pierre hermé or cedric grolet. People pay for Neuhaus thinking it’s luxury, refined, handcrafted but when the ingredient list looks like the back of a candy bar, it’s basically: marketing + packaging + branding = $80 Where are the real ingredients at this price point? $80 for something full of stabilisers and fillers? That’s not luxury — that’s a rip-off in a gold box."

"Neuhaus is one of my favorite Belgium chocolatiers. They offer a nice variety of flavors with & without alcohol. As well as having one of the easiest rewards programs which includes a small box of chocolate as a birthday gift during the month of your birthday. They offer seasonal flavors & various holiday designs as well. Which make for some great gift ideas."

"Their chocolates are great and the staff let you sample them which is really great and you know what you are buying. I would go back just for the chocolates. However, I don't recommend their ice creams, it's super sweet or some flavors were lacking something, they added whipped cream to my ice cream, which tasted weird, but before we were out of store they came and apologize and changed everything, still the whipped cream didn't taste that good."
