"They are not open 24 hours. That is a blatant lie. They only work 9 to 5 and then if you tell them that’s not as advertised, they say, “this is the time this is the price, you called many places” which is an assumption, they don’t know anything. Worst customer service experience of my life. I waited for a call back from them for hours. They’re given themselves these five star reviews. There is nobody giving them five star reviews because they’re terrible."
