"Absolutely cringe when I’m forced to grab something here. Had to purchase a pair of running gloves. Staff left the security tag on. So as soon as I got home and wanted to go on a run, had to go right back to Mo’s and get the tag removed. It’s in a really convenient location but I could see them going out of business soon just cause places like this are going the way of the Dodo. It’s a shame cause I love supporting this NYC based company, but the quality of in-store experience has really started to go down in all Mo’s locations I’ve been to lately."

"I got racially profiled out of the mere fact my modell's credit card was not honored. I called Modell's to verify that my card had no issues and they said my card was able to make purchases and that I may just need a new card. Regardless, the manager dismissed me and treated me horrendously. I have been a Modell's customer for years and have never been treated like this. I hope that the female manager who felt the need to treat me unfairly, with disrespect, and prejudice is reprimanded so she no longer represents the great company Modell's has always proven to be. She was a manager working on Saturday 11/16/2019."

"I go there when I have an emergency sporting goods problem. The staff is nice too. But! One day I went in there to buy sneakers and an almost hairless rat meandered along the sneaker wall! Very nonchalant like. I pointed it out to the team member who was helping me. And then turned to talk to him and he was GONE! That dude left me by myself with this rat who was leisurely making its way to the other side of the store! It’s ok though. I wasn’t traumatized enough not to go back to the store. Besides. Rats are everywhere right?Just hopefully we don’t have to see them!"

"I randomly stopped in for a bike helmet and was very surprised. The entire staff greeted me with smiles and a kind "hello". You don't really expect such a nice staff from just a sporting goods store around 5:30 on a Tuesday, but it made me feel great. Another staff member helped me with a bike helmet and another helped with a gym bag. Awesome group of people here."

"This location is close enough to walk from where I work so it was convenient for me to get to. I easily found what I needed, I paid for it and I got a 15% off discount on my purchase for being a Blink Fitness member so that was pretty sweet. I'll definitely go back to this Model's again"
