"My first visit to this store. Was nicely greated from the staff & cashier but as soon I went to the second floor the salesman was too busy on his cellphone to even notice my present and my greeting as I was trying to buy a few pairs sneakers for my whole family. The two stars for the well train staff downstairs. Took my business to Jimmy Jazz."

"Luis was the best! When I called (more than once) he was super accommodating and checked if they had very specific products and when I arrived in the store he personally took care of me. Turns out my feet are gigantic and they didn't have rollerskates that fit me, still, the manager Ian (also super nice) helped me find the closest store that had them. Thanks guys!"

"Customer service needs work. I witnessed very poor treatment towards a man who did not speak much English who simply wanted to correct the behavior of a worker who disrespected his son. Trying to write a tasteful and constructive review so I will not harp on he said she said. The fact of the matter is that the worker who disrespected the customer continued to speak poorly and have a very ill manner attitude about the whole situation, in front of the gentleman knowing he doesn't speak English. And as well as in front of myself and the other customers for us to see. The manager presented herself once but to my knowledge did not rectify the situation. When I left the last thing I knew was the man was still waiting for some service and the last thing I heard the worker say was something like, "what is he waiting for? An apology? I'm not gonna give one until I get one from his son." (Mind you, the kid was no more than 10 years old). I just hope this helps to rectify what I deem as an injustice."

"It's nice to have a real sports store in the neighborhood, especially with the gym that opens today just next door. I was disappointed that they didn't carry women's sizes under a size 6.5 in most of the shoes I wanted to try, and there were only two employees to help get sizes out of the back to try on, so the wait was super long. I ended up purchasing a kids' size running shoe in size 5 because of their women's size selection. They only let you try on one shoe at a time because they don't want you to steal them. They do have awesome legit brands tho that I wouldn't be able to find in the neighborhood otherwise tho, store is super clean and new."
