"The employees seem to think it's a joke to work there now that they are closing at the end of august. I asked if anyone was working the shoe department, as they were huddled having a laugh to themselves. One person turned around like yeah. Then walked passed me turned around and was like oh do you need something?? Really? Go for the discounted items though, its worth dealing with attitudes. Also I hope you all learn to grow up and be mature, you're old enough to work, act like it."

"Great sportswear store with amazing outfits! They have sales often & it’s really convenient for gym clothes, home clothes, or comfort outside clothes. Edit review: only down side about this place is polyester pajamas & low quality sneakers."

"I have a little story about this branch of the Modell's chain. I raced into the store about 20 minutes before I had to make a plane, desperate to find a pair of comfortable shoes for the flight but unconvinced I would find anything. And an inexpensive hat for a friend. Reaching out to the first salesperson I could find, I poured out my dilemma. Seven minutes later I was at the cash register with a perfect Nike cap for my friend and the most comfortable pair of shoes -- with memory foam, which I had never encountered up to that point -- that I have ever owned. They rule!"

"Went in looking for sweatpants, poor selection for women, better selection for men. Teenagers working there weren’t rude, just poorly trained. I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help, walked past two employees and no one even looked up from what they were doing."

"Like many businesses, the business is only as good as the people who work there And that experience is based upon what day you go into Modells. Some days I get great deals and great help from polite workers and others the merchandise is disorganized and not a soul to be found to find a size in anything. It is hit-or-miss at the Caesars Bay location"
