"Unless they're having a major sale, they're overpriced and don't offer many options. I was able to go to other stores and get the same joggers at half the price without a sale. Service is not lacking. Also, the restroom was deplorable."

"Modells always has great variety, sports equipment, accessories and clothing. My one gripe with the chain - and it's been pretty much across the board at any Modells I have been to - is that they don't seem to have much staff working, and the staff they do hire- generally younger adults and kids - don't seem so interested in helping out customers. I always need to ask for assistance. And then wait till they are ready. Still I have always been able to get everything I have needed and at a reasonable price."

"I had purchased an Item here for $70. Three days later I went to return it and was told the order could no longer be found in the system even though the Modells MVP system shows a purchase was made due to added points. Received store credit which was $20 less than what I had paid for the Item due to their "lowest-price policy". Modells stole $20 from me and left me with a $50 store credit I have no need for. $70 down the drain and will never return to this store."

"Worst service ever!!! Laziest manager ever encountered in my life! Went to exchange some adidas pants there today... unfortunately the sales assistant had to unlock all 6 pairs of pants that I needed to try on. When it came time to try on my items I was told that I can only try on 3 items at a time and I would have to get fully dressed walk to the register to get the rest of my items to try on. Beyond ridiculous! Spoke with the manager Donna who stated that's the policy and did nothing to try to assist me. She could've cared less. Fully staffed store who are being lead by laziness and incompetence. Don't waste your time here if you need to try on any items."
